Printing includes breadcrumbs and partial header bar #920

Expected behaviour

Printed pages should not include breadcrumbs or header band

Actual behaviour

Printed pages include breadcrumbs and an ugly header band

Steps to reproduce

Print a standard page. (eg: inside page no header, like http://cms.unimelb.edu.au/training/author/module-1)

I know printing is not something we would encourage, or even necessarily optimise, but at least for training, some users like to print out the instructions and have them next to them as they work.

As you can see from the screenshot, the breadcrumb simply echoes the page title unnecessarily, and somehow the header bar is getting in there as well - an not in a nice way ;-)

It's probably been like this for a while, I only noticed because I printed updated training documents so that I could refer to them in the classroom training session.
