Merge Stefano Cattaneo's work into the main

Merge Stefano Cattaneo's work into the main branch, including these features:

• Update system requirements (faasd to 0.18.6, Ubuntu to 22.04, containerd to 1.6.27, Docker to 25.0.1 and sysbox to 0.6.3),
• Add Ansible playbooks to set up the environment and deploy a node,
• Add operator node (also in docker-compose.yml file),
• Add more env variables to `dfaasagent.env',
• Add NodeMarginStrategy as a load balancing method,
• Add a health check endpoint to the agent,
• Add the forecaster component to the agent,
• Add the forecaster component as a standalone program,
• Add basic models for the forecaster component (as binaries),
• Add a multi-VM test environment,
• Add test results from Cattaneo's work.
