The ad notice countdown timer should be tied to the stream timing, not a 
separate timer - if the 
stream stumbles the timer is still going down - this means the ad notice can 
say 0 seconds but the 
ad stream is still playing

Fixed in the 0.4.3 release about to go out on the new OVA Community site at 
Longtail Video
