Switch from google recaptcha to cloudflare turnstile #2328

recaptcha is very expensive. When we're done fixing all bugs and everything is stable let's switch to turnstile

turnstile works exactly the same way but is much lighter, better for privacy, and doesn't have an ugly widget:
