Add CA certificate bundle to server Docker image. #174

This change along with https://github.com/unioslo/guix-uio/commit/ca3f77c32c896026a4ba77d9c8d4f959337c0d71 makes the server image able to validate certificates signed by the global trust anchors.

Det ser ut til at imaget blir tagget som nss-certs-nivlheim, som fører til at testene feiler fordi de forventer at imaget heter nivlheim.

Docker-navnet blir automatisk generert ut fra pakkene som er inkludert. Jobbet rundt det ved å "propagere" nss-certs fra varianten definert i manifestet, i stedet for å legge til nss-certs direkte.
