Add option for printing session details

Adds new option tacl --session-show for printing a table with session information.

The PR also modifies tacl --config-show:

• Remove duplicate JWT decode/expiry check functions
• Remove PyJWT dependency
• Exit on missing config file
• Do not print table if missing rows
