Add file owner to log message emitted when creating a file. #122

This make sure the log message in question have all the information needed to know which user created the source file.

Here is an updated patch based on the feedback I got yesterday about placing the file name first and percent encoding it. I decided to percent encode all filename logging first, and then adjust the log message in question.
