Add extra command for the protinfo endpoint #164

This pull request adds the Command Line Interface for the new endpoint in https://github.com/unipept/unipept-api/pull/20.

This PR depends on the previously mentioned pull request. This also means that the tests will fail until the endpoint is merged in the api.

This PR looks good. I'll wait to approve it until we have added the new endpoint to the API. I will rerun the tests then.
