UI/UX Improvements - Single Assay Analysis Page

This issue contains a list of improvements that resulted from valuable feedback from by @bmesuere. All of the things mentioned below are applicable to the "single assay analysis page" of the application:

• [x] Explanation text for assays and studies is too prominent. I think it would be better if we move this explanation to a tooltip that is opened when the user hoovers one of the keywords (i.e. study and assay).

  

• [x] Always add a new empty study to a new project by default. Default name should be "Study name" and this field should directly be editable without extra user action after the project is created.

• [x] Show a link to create a new assay in an empty study. This link should look more-or-less the same as a normal assay.

The information placeholder on this page has been cleaned up and improved. The explanation for some of the concepts and terms are now placed in a tooltip and are not shown as prominent on the page as before.

An empty study is now automatically added to a newly created project. A new placeholder that can be used to create a new assay is now also shown for a study that does not contain any assays.
