This PR introduces a new feature for the Unipept Desktop application that allows users to build a custom database from a set of UniProt reference proteomes. Right now, this is a basic implementation of this feature that requires the user to look up the reference proteome IDs on the UniProt website and enter these in the application. This will be improved in the future, making it easier to start using this feature.
We've updated the "create custom database" wizard and added a new step that allows the user to chose if he wants to build a database from a set of taxa IDs or from a set of UniProt reference proteome IDs.
