Saving only saves the current tab #52

I think the UI around this is unclear, leading to reports like

I entered each item one by one, carefully saving after each item, going back from the next item to see if it was still there, it was. Got to the last item, saved again, went back to look them all over--all gone! Like I hadn't saved them at all. Thank you for your help.

Current plan is to add a warning before changing the tab that they're leaving unsaved work in the current tab.

Marking as high priority because I think people are losing work over it 😞
