Data Inconsistency - Disease

1. if you search for something like alanine and select cowden disease from the Disease filter.
2. click on the first result (Bone morphogenetic protein receptor type-1A [Human]) to go into the Entry page.
3. At the entry page, click on the disease tab, as you can see, the cowden disease is not listed and other diseases listed on the result page cannot be found. also Rat & Mouse which were listed on the result page does not have any of the associated disease as listed on the search result page.

Similar thing applies to the compounds.

when you select a compound from the filters and go into the small molecules tab, the selected compound does not reflect on the small molecules on the small molecules tab. try this with any compound example adenine

This issue has been fixed. however needs to be tested after merging with the compounds fixes before next release.
