PDB entries with no name #144

Check the 18 entries (as of 2013-02-05) in PDBe website. It seems to me that these are all obsolete, so we can discard them at load time (from UniProt XML).

There is no point in storing obsolete PDB entries. On the other hand, for the redirected ones I will check whether we are storing any xrefs to the target IDs.

The target of the redirected entries does not exist currently in the mega-map. It seems as if the xref we are taking from UniProt to PDB is outdated at the PDB side?.
