OMIM and MeSH, not only EFO.

Fixed in bioportal-adapter-1.0.3-SNAPSHOT. I have detected an issue with some EFO entries which changed identifiers and lost definitions. I will release the fix only after checking with James what is the best option for us.

The mentioned EFO entries are obsolete now, as they are rare genetic diseases which have been deprecated in favour of the corresponding ones in http://orpha.net. I have introduced a workaround to ignore those obsolete EFO entries.
