Styles in webapp

Some minor style issues after frontier-izing (as seen on MacOsX firefox):

• Global and local headers are different in different pages:
  • 2 different versions of EMBL-EBI icon
  • Font family is different for tabs at right-side of global header, and Services is not always hightlighted.
  • local search box is sometimes squared, sometimes rounded.
• Home page caroussel:
  • icons are slightly squashed.
  • empty space at the bottom.
  • arrows (as well as scrolling text) are misplaced with respect to colour background.
• About page. 'Popular' box:
  • icon for documentation is for a warning.
  • icon for quick tour does not appear.
  • the three items look like a bit messed.
• Entry page:
  • tabs (left side) are disconnected from content (and to my taste too close to left margin).
  • small molecules: no padding for drugs
