Different servers provide different data #184

In the same data centre, both tomcat servers provide different data. Search for P26759 separately in each server (virtual machine): in one of them I can see one cofactor among the filters, in the other one there is no cofactor at all.

This happens in both data centres.

I have checked that the war file is properly exploded (I have cleaned the work directory and restarted a couple of times, actually), that JSPs and javascript are the same in both machines, and that both point to the same oracle server (see context file and tnsadmin.ora). Everything seems identical.

If you then go into the enzyme entry, small molecules tab, you will see manganese as a cofactor, in every machine and every data centre. Small molecules for the small molecules tab are retrieved straight from the mega-map, so the data is in our database, accessible from every data centre and server. The problem seems to be different behaviour for filters.

I cleaned my browser's cache and everything worked as expected. Sorry about the hassle
