Update bioportal module to new REST services #196

BioPortal REST web services are now deprecated. We must switch to the new one (4.0) as soon as possible.

I see in the old version of the BioPortal web service we retrieved definitions in some cases, while the new version includes no definitions.

I have already reported this to BioPortal in case it is a bug.

There is a web service by OMIM which we could use instead.

If you are receiving this message it is because you have made calls to the deprecated BioPortal API in the last couple of months. We are only committed to maintaining this API through January 2014. You should immediate consider moving any code that accesses the old API to the new API. The new API is documented at: http://data.bioontology.org/documentation If you have any questions about this API, please post them to support@bioontology.org

I have forwarded my initial feedback to this e-mail address.

v3 of the Bioportal web service is deprecated (should be down by now), so now we are using v4 (since bioportal-adapter-1.1.0) and hopefully they will fix the issue of missing definitions asap.
