In the access log I can see this:
"GET /enzymeportal/search/Q833W8/resources/css/search.css HTTP/1.1" 404
which means resources/css/search.css is being called from some of the tabs. This path is only available from the /enzymeportal/ level. Probably in the header (included jsp).
