It seems to be a different implementation of the python package that I'm using for the GUI that differs from one distribution to another with respect to the sizes of textboxes. I'll have a look into that in the next days
I use the UD Easy tool to perform queries. I use it on my Macbook (M2 2022), Ventura 13.2.1, newest version of UD Easy. The textboxes in which I fill in node names, features, etc., do not expand, so I can only see half of the first letter I type (see screenshot). The queries work so it's not really a problem, but still, would be great if this could be changed. Or am I doing something wrong?
