Remove psps #269

  1. Is there a better way to remove all psps?
  2. how does Uniqush-push to detect invalid psps?
  3. If I want to update GCM/APNS services, How to update cert/key/projectid/apikey and keep all current subscriptions? right now I have to remove psp and readd new one.
