Upgrade it from 3.0.0 to 6.1.0
I upgrade it because it's a peer dependency to other projects and is 3 major versions from the current.
But the upgrade will need a major bump version of the router because path-to-regexp changed the data retrieved from the parse method: https://github.com/pillarjs/path-to-regexp#parse
