Add several CPACK_* options and package and package_source targets to configure and build SYCL-Bench packages.

We found we were creating packages quite often to run SYCL-Bench on different machines, so having a target for that may save some time in the long run.

@illuhad can you take a look at his, please? It adds functionality that might be helpful to users deploying to other systems for benchmarking.
