Any solutions to the address poisoning issue?? #334

Hello, I find someone poisoned my btc address by transferrring dust btc with an extremely low tx fee, which basically takes forever to confirm on chain. When I include this dust btc as the input UTXO for some transaction, the effective fee rate got very low again. Do you guys have any solution to this? Can you conigure the wallet to use the only CONFIRMED UTXO as the input?? Or can you choose which UTXO to use as the input? Such poisoning issue is very annoying.
