we are doing some improvisations in BRC20, hence we want to know if we add a new key in the JSON as "test": 1000, will that be considered valid BRC20 or not? Do leave a comment on its determination.

This implementation assumes it is valid. From a technical perspective, the brc20 protocol itself is extremely imprecise.

Can I add a new logo to my BRC-20 ticker? I notice a lot of them have a custom logo.
