Extract Share UI and UI Core #334

Move the Share UI out of this repo and depend on the UI Core libraries via a git installation (elm-git-install) from https://github.com/unisonweb/ui-core

@stew @ceedubs with this, we'll no longer have a share zip file. We should connect before merging to figure out the right places to remove the frontend deploy of share and what to do until the new share is up and ready.

Alternatively we leave the codebase-ui repo alone and create a new one for the unison local ui. 🤔

Closing this in favor of a new repository to avoid disrupting the old deployment flow for now.
