Minimap scrollable #84

I've updated CSS so that minimap area is scrollable in itself (rather than exceeding the screen).

I tried multiple ways, but couldn't manage CSS to make the header ("Map ... Close All" part) sticky in the minimap area. Do you have any good solutions?

The change of .storybook/preview-head.html is to test that minimap stick to the top right of the screen. Reference: https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/issues/2264#issuecomment-1484044825
