More syntax fixes #16

Fixes highlighting of numbers in many cases
Allows Doc syntax in bulleted lists inside Docs
Highlights links in docs
Adds highlighting for single-backtick syntax in docs
Fixes double-backtick highlighting in many cases
Adds highlighting for bullets in Doc lists
Removes highlighting of and and or which are not keywords

Reminder @aryairani that merging things here doesn't do anything unless someone makes a release (I'll go make a release now, but maybe ping me when merging things here so I know to release them :P )
