Rename /blog to /whats-new #43

Support the new "feed" by renaming /blog to /whats-new and drawing from the feed namespace.
Add a redirect from /blog to /whats-new
Add a json summary endpoint for /whats-new.json
Update assets to point to a generic /assets/feed directory
Add a fallback image for posts without a featured image
