tables in documentation are not documented

We don't have docs in the "documentation" section about how to create tables inside of docs.

I was disappointed to find we hadn't documented this, but ironically I searched around knowing that we must have an example of documentation that uses the tables, because it's no longer part of the public slack search history, but I was able to find an example in the "documentation" page of our website
