use case： 1，内部用户用office创作并发布文档：协作，分享，版本，签入签出，比较合并，关键字，元数据，全文检索，企业搜索。 2，发布文档时，可以@某人，可以#某话题（关联），可以按圈子推送。@，#，圈子不受SharePoint的权限等级制约，是一种弹性的、临时的权限分配。读者可以点赞，回复，评论某文档 3，可以用在线浏览的功能，不需要下载，用浏览器查看文档内容（百度文库类似功能） 4，通过微信公众号，访问文档库，浏览并查找内容。通过公众号向订阅者推送文档消息。

Hardware requirements: To run eXo Platform 4.1, your system is required to meet the following specifications or higher:

CPU: Multi-core recommended, 2GHz minimum.

Memory: The eXo Platform package is optimized with default settings: max heap size = 4GB, non-heap size = 256MB and max perm size = 512MB; so the available memory should be at least 4GB. It is recommended you have a memory of 8GB (4GB free for database services and file system caches).

Free disk space: 10GB minimum

Java 7+: JDK 7 is required. Set the JAVA_HOME environment variable to point to your JDK installation.
