PlayerVaults Update - Support Expanded to Minecraft 1.20.4

This update extends support from Minecraft 1.16 to 1.20.4 and addresses several key issues to enhance the PlayerVaults experience.

Key Improvements:

Extended Compatibility: Support for Minecraft versions from 1.16 up to 1.20.4.
Fixed Issue with Vaults Clearing: Resolved a bug where player vaults (PVs) were randomly being cleared.
Admin Command Fix: The /playervaults admin open command is now fully operational.

This update brings important fixes and enhancements to ensure the best performance with the latest Minecraft versions.

All files generated in /target are not supposed to be in the code base, could you remove those?
