在远程开发模式下无法使用，需要"Git4Idea"插件 #184

Describe the bug 在远程模式下处于禁用状态，说需要插件“git4idea”。 此插件貌似是个官方内置插件？ 在远程模式下client和host是分开的，估计没识别？
