Add license information for toxic-bert on HF #87

Hi there! We would like to use this model (toxic-bert) on HF, but we couldn't find the license information for it. Is it Apache-2.0, as your repo? If so, would it be possible to add the license on HF? Thank you so much!

That's awesome, thanks Laura. Would it be possible to add it on HF so it's explicit? It should be as easy as adding that at the top of the README.
