Organize community sprints #2

Summary 🧾

Many other communities (esp in the ML communities) host "sprits": focused times to work together on improving or contributing to a specific project or ecosystem. To quote PyCon a sprint is "A Newcomer’s Introduction To Contributing To An Open-Source Project". It would be super cool to do these maybe every quarter (lasting one weekend day) for various projects throughout the year. Some sample steps could include:

Motivation 🔦

This could be a really good way to continue from the success of unitaryHACK and help both tackle tasks on important open source projects, but also help onboard new OSS contributors in a friendly and encouraging environment.
