Create a UF ambassador program

Summary 🧾

We would like to create a program that recognizes outstanding members of our community. Some examples of the types of contributions we want to recognize are:

Great contributions to UF or UF affiliate projects
Engagement on Discord helping answer folks questions/coordinating events
Mentoring projects or running other community events
Creating educational materials

To start with, this would be an internal nomination process, but could scale to an external nomination program in the future.

We would add a new discord tag for these folks, add them to our UF website as part of the community team, and possibly send some swag 🎉

Examples 🌈

There are tons of advocacy/ambassador/MVP programs out there for a variety of languages, platforms, and companies.

Motivation 🔦

We would like a way to recognize community members that are going above and beyond to make the quantum OSS community a better place 💖
