Add content in "About" section of Metriq #128

Right now we just have a placeholder for the "About" page of Metriq: http://18.190.41.255/About

As PWC seems to be our inspiration, it may be worthwhile to mimic the layout/content of their "about" page: https://paperswithcode.com/about
