Add roadmap #584

In the SQMS Algorithms preview of Metriq there's been a request for a Roadmap about Metriq. This could go into the Wiki, similarly to what done for Mitiq or other projects.

Added here https://github.com/unitaryfund/metriq-app/wiki/Metriq-Roadmap, so I guess we can close it. It could be nice to cite this link in the webapp, e.g., in the FAQs @WrathfulSpatula
