Use LLM to generate default task/method/platform descriptions #847

ChatGPT, for example, seems at least conversant enough in quantum technologies to write descriptions for taxonomy items with acceptable accuracy. Since users very frequently skip adding an optional description, it'd be great if an LLM API could automatically suggest a "stub" description to users, who would be free to accept, reject, or edit it.
