Update banner about unitaryHACK. It still says: 

[unitaryHACK](https://unitaryhack.dev/) is coming May 26-Jun 13!

It could say something like:

[unitaryHACK](https://unitaryhack.dev/) is here, you can contribute until Jun 13!

The UF website reads

[unitaryHACK](https://unitaryhack.dev/) has begun, and will run until Jun 13! Get rewarded for contributing to open source quantum software!
