Style layout for progress chart

I propose a new layout for progress chart, pushing the text to the bottom of the chart, as a "caption", so that the title is well visible on top of the chart. See screenshot below.

Additionally, I propose testing whether making these further style edits:

• Longer x-axis
• Bigger labels, tick labels (larger font, numbers)
• More compact text under the chart, "caption like"
