Labels on progress chat disappear #903

When using Chrome on desktop, hitting the show labels toggle works but then when I mouseover the chart and pull my mouse off the chart again the labels have disappeared. And the show labels toggle is still activated.

I see exactly what you mean, Will. I'll see if I can further "grok" the code provided to us and correct this.
