We don't always communicate new Mitiq releases on UF social media.

It could be nice to have, every time there is a new release at https://github.com/unitaryfund/mitiq/releases:

The Metriq Twitter bot (@ metriqinfo) makes automated tweets every time a submission is made. It is using the dev tools from Twitter official API.

New releases posts are now generated on the #mitiq channel on Discord 🎉

Notes for future reference:

Here is a list of Github events whose notifications are supported on Discord – thankfully, 'new release' event is there.
For this to work, it is important that /github is appended to the payload url (the webhook url taken from Discord settings), and that application/json is selected as content-type.
