Add tag "distributed-quantum-computing" to repo #927

Probably we can add the tag [distributed-quantum-computing] to the repo to get more visibility in Github for simulators on distributed quantum computing.

I'll go ahead and add it, and please do open more issues if you notice any way we can improve distributed use cases of Qrack!
