Per #971, the reverse t-injection gadget from Appendix A of Fast Estimation of Outcome Probabilities for Quantum Circuits has been adapted for optional use in QStabilizerHybrid.

This option is not well-suited for use "under" a QUnit layer, yet. However, it is ready for experimentation in QStabilizerHybrid without QUnit.
