Thanks for the thorough review. I've made all the asked changes, and added an image of the two logos at the top of the page.

I'm also fine with leaving the author as UF Team, unless you think there's reason to have mine in particular.

About authorship I was just suggesting it given you've been the lead on this (we've had tech staff sign posts in the past so it's not a first or exception, if that gives you pose). In any case please merge when you're happy.
