#279: Link to Metriq 'About' page in menus

This adds Metriq to all menus on the website. (By the way, there obviously has to be a scalable alternative to how we independently re-implement the menu on every single page, but, as a revamp of the site is already a priority that UF has discussed, we just add the same link in every single page, for now.)

Dan, out of curiosity did you do this by hand, or use a bash script or something else?

@natestemen I did it by hand. It only took about 15 minutes. (Like I said, the systematic fix is in planning, but we needed this now.)
