Announcement blog post that describes the problem the calibration module aims to alleviate, a short demo, and some links to further info.

@natestemen Made small comments on the markdown. Generally this is a very clear and concise post. Well done!

With the updates to the mitiq.html page and these copy changes this will look good to me.

Quick reminder to update the post's date too when its ready.

Updated the Mitiq page with new pictures demonstrating the benefits of using mitiq's ZNE capability (I found it hard to remember the previous error in the movie to compare it to the new error), as well as adding a movie demonstrating the use of calibration. The code I used to generate the diff screenshots is available here: https://github.com/natestemen/mitiq-demo
