Thanks @KallieFerguson! Looking really great.

Two quick items - first in the preview it looks like the header (Unitary Fund Q1 2024 Update - 100 microgrants, unitaryHACK, new research and project updates) is there twice so please remove that redundancy. And second, feel free to add yourself as the author! I know Will is the default, but would be nice to start having the community updates come from you.

Let me know when you have a chance to update and I can merge.
