2 more-appropriate bounties for Metriq #105

2 of Metriq's bounties remain unclaimed, while we have a user eager to implement them. The problem is, we didn't realize at first that these two issues are not really appropriately scoped and designed for immediate implementation. Hence, I picked two issues that are more likely to be transparent to unitaryHACK participants.

If anyone was working on these bounties, let me know, and we'll figure out a fair path forward, but I highly doubt anyone will lose work on these two.

Sorry! Since I made the requested changes, and we have an approval, we need these in to close out the hackathon, so that user cometta gets credit for the new issue to which I directed them. I highly doubt we'll have takers on the others before ending time tomorrow, so I think the rest is basically moot.

This doesn't seem to have published to the live app, but I saw that the bounties were picked up by the scraper. We're good so long as cometta gets the 1 new bounty they completed for Metriq, (with $250 in total payout, unless someone rushes one in before tomorrow).
