Added all missing opensecrets ids #914

Except for Laphonza Butler, appointed CA Senator, who has no OpenSecrets id because she has never raised money.

Thank you for this wonderful resource! I'm thinking of adding the new representative Suozzi of NY, maybe have a PR ready this pm. Pls let me know if this addition is already in the works.
